Postpartum Care
Postpartum care is
not a luxury—
it’s a necessity.
What if postpartum care wasn’t a luxury —
but a return to what women have always needed?
Not checklists. Not perfection.
But being held. Fed. Listened to.
Isn’t it strange how we prepare so much for the birth…
and almost nothing for the weeks after?
What if postpartum care looked like this…
Someone quietly folding your laundry while you nurse your baby.
Meat stock or soup warming on the stove.
Hands that know how to support your healing body.
Eyes that meet yours and say, “You’re doing enough.”
No pressure to talk — but someone who’s ready to listen.
A space where nothing needs to be fixed — only honoured.
My postpartum package is designed to nourish your body, honour your birth, and support your integration.
Whether you’re seeking hands-on healing, emotional support, or ongoing care, you’re not meant to do this alone.
I’m trained in traditional postpartum care, which centers the mother so that her baby will be looked after well through her well-being. My care is rooted in the five essentials of postpartum care:
Warm, nourishing, easy-to-digest meals prepared with recovery in mind.
Body care to support healing and relaxation.
Warmth through food, touch, and environment.
Rest — helping you find ease and rhythms of recovery.
Community — I not only support you directly, but also help you set up the “village” around you to carry this care forward.
Of course, I also share my wisdom and gentle guidance around newborn care — but always with the understanding that when a mother is cared for, her baby thrives.
Let’s Connect
I know from personal experience how tender it can feel to invite someone into your home and your early postpartum space—a time when you are raw, open, and finding your way as a mother.
Feeling safe and supported is the foundation of healing, and that begins with trust.
That’s why I offer a complimentary Connection Call before we begin. This is a gentle space for you to:
Learn more about how I support mothers and families in the postpartum time
Ask any questions you may have about my approach
Feel into whether my care aligns with what you are looking for
My hope is that you leave our call with more clarity, and from there, you can decide if this support feels nourishing and right for you.

I am located in Squamish BC.
I support families within a 30 minute driving distance from my home. This is all of District of Squamish, including Downtown, Valleycliff, Dentville, Garibaldi Highlands, and Brackendale (and area). This also includes south bound Brittania Beach, Furry Creek and Lions Bay.
Further destinations can be booked, using up visiting time for travel time, if so desired. This includes Horseshoe Bay, Squamish Valley, Paradise Valley, and beyond.
While my children are still young, my in-home postpartum care services happen predominantly during school hours, as I am the primary caregiver.
The Gift of Postpartum Care
Postpartum care is one of the most profound gifts a mother can receive.
It truly is community care. When one mother is held and nourished, the whole world benefits. When a mother is cared for—deeply, consistently, and with intention—her wellbeing ripples outward: first to her baby, then to her family, her community, and beyond.
This care is not only about the early weeks of rest and recovery. It’s an investment in long-term health, supporting your nervous system, nourishing your body, and helping to heal patterns of depletion that can span generations. Receiving this care is a way of honoring yourself and all the women in your lineage who never had the chance to be supported in their postpartum time. It is also a way of laying down a new path—for your children, for your daughters, and for the next generations who will know that mother-centered care is their birthright.
If you feel called, you might invite your loved ones to contribute to a Postpartum Care Fund in place of baby clothes or toys. This way, the people around you can offer a gift that supports not only you, but also your baby and the legacy you are creating.
Gift certificates for my postpartum care packages are available.
