Courses

Motherhood is more than a role—it’s a transformation. Across cultures and traditions, from Traditional Chinese Medicine’s zuo yue zi (a sacred period of postpartum rest) to Ayurveda’s sutika paricharya (nourishing care for new mothers), this transition has long been honored as a profound rite of passage. In many European traditions, the lying-in period provided mothers with a dedicated window of rest, warmth, and support, recognizing that a well-cared-for mother is the foundation of a thriving family.

Whether you’re navigating the earliest weeks with your newborn, seeking to heal and find meaning in your birth experience, or learning how to truly support postpartum recovery, these courses guide you through each stage with wisdom and care—restoring the traditions that center the mother and her well-being.
