I remember the early Postpartum visits by the Midwife. Oh, what a relief I felt when she was there. She knew all the things! And I also remember the feeling when she left. I felt alone and isolated, incapable, overwhelmed, and all the things.

Even though I was promised I could contact her during all hours of the day (and night), I felt a barrier. And once the 6 weeks were over, now I really had nobody to contact other than the internet.

This is where I can help out. I have been through the Postpartum period twice myself. I have taken a 9-month course followed by a 9-month certification process including case studies. I have taken a 14-week long in-depth Birth Debrief course. I have studied Prison Mindfulness not with one but two different companies. I have taken an introduction into pre-and perinatal psychology. I’ve taken a month-long somatic experiencing course, adding many more tools to my existing toolbox. And I would love to share it all with you when you need it the most.

Please allow for a 24 hour window for me to respond.

As I am a mother myself of a young family, and my mothering role is my top priority, I first need to be resourced and nourished myself. I cannot help you live from something I do not honour for myself. This is why I need up to 24 hours to respond to text messages, voice notes and emails.

If you require support sooner than that, please send a text message and I will do my best to get back to you as soon as possible.
